Omschrijving
"Beukenheim", wit gepleisterde villa met vier traveeën brede voorgevel op enige afstand evenwijdig aan de straatweg gelegen. Verhoogd middenrisaliet van twee traveeen. Zesruits vensters en tuindeuren met zonneblinden. Dakconstructie van elkaar kruizende zadeldaken boven het voorhuis. Bouwjaar 1867. Hekwerk, dat langs de straatzijden de tuin afsluit, bestaande uit afwisselend hoge en lage gietijzeren kolommen met denneappelbekroning op een schuin afgedekt bakstenen muurtje en verbonden door gebogen en bij de ingang krullende staafijzers.

Description
"Beukenheim", white plastered villa with a front facade four bays wide situated at some distance parallel to the road. Raised central projection of two bays. Six-pane windows and garden doors with blinds. Roof structure of intersecting gabled roofs above the front house. Built 1867. Fencing, which encloses the garden along the street sides, consisting of alternating high and low cast-iron columns with pinecone finials on a sloping brick wall with overhanging coping and connected by curved and at the entrance scrolling wrought-iron bars.
