Omschrijving
"Rozenhof", wit gepleisterd blokvormig villa met verdieping onder omgaand schilddak. Vensters met afgeronde bovenhoeken en een geaccentueerde omlijsting. Gekorniste daklijst met consoles. Serre met balkon tegen de oostgevel. Later toegevoegde aanbouw met balkon voor de hoofdingang. Datering ca.1870-1875.

Description
"Rozenhof", white-rendered block-shaped villa with upper storey beneath an encompassing hipped roof. Windows with rounded upper corners and an accentuated frame. Corniced roof line with consoles. Conservatory with balcony against the east facade. Later added extension with balcony before the main entrance. Dating circa 1870-1875.
