Omschrijving
"Maartenshof", villa gelegen op een markant hoog punt in de zichtas van de straatweg achter de splitsing van de J.Dommer van Poldersveldtweg. Pand bestaande uit een voorhuis van drie bouwlagen met een iets vooruitspringende middenpartij en gedekt door een zadeldakconstructie met T-vormige noklijn. In de voorgevel vier- en zesruits vensters en tuindeuren met zonneblinden. Aansluitend een lager achterhuis met verdieping onder een laag schilddak. Tegen de zuid- en oostgevel van de achterbouw verdiepingloze annexen. Datering ca.1875.

"Maartenshof", villa situated on a conspicuous elevated point in the sightline of the road behind the junction of the J.Dommer van Poldersveldtweg. Building consisting of a front house of three storeys with a slightly projecting central section and covered by a gabled roof structure with T-shaped ridge line. In the front facade four- and six-pane windows and garden doors with blinds. Adjacent a lower rear house with first floor under a low hipped roof. Against the south and east facade of the rear building single-storey annexes. Dating c.1875.
