Omschrijving
"Heuvelrust", karakteristiek tegen de heuvelflank in de zichtas van de straatweg gelegen wit gepleisterde villa met vijf traveeën brede voorgevel. In het drie traveeen brede middenrisaliet beganegronds en op de verdieping met balkon openslaande deuren. Vensters en deuren met afgeronde bovenhoeken en sieromlijsting. Datering ca.1870-1875.

Description
"Heuvelrust", characteristically situated against the hillside in the sightline of the road, white plastered villa with a front facade five bays wide. In the central projection three bays wide, on the ground floor and first floor opening doors with balcony. Windows and doors with rounded upper corners and ornamental moulding. Dating c.1870-1875.
