Omschrijving
"Ter Meer", in neo-renaissancestijl gebouwde villa, opgetrokken in baksteen met decoratie in pleister en natuursteen. De gevels worden geaccentueerd door vanuit het met een schilddak gedekte hoofdblok vooruitspringende korte vleugels die zijn bekroond met stilistisch aan de Hollandse renaissance ontleende topgevels en een overhoeks geprojecteerde uitbouw met dakkapel voor een hoog schilddak. Datering ca.1885-1890.

Description
"Ter Meer", villa built in neo-Renaissance style, erected in brick with decoration in plaster and natural stone. The facades are accentuated by short wings projecting from the main block covered with a hipped roof, which are crowned with gables stylistically borrowed from Dutch Renaissance and a diagonally projected extension with a dormer for a tall hipped roof. Dating circa 1885-1890.
