BASTION V MET KRUITHUIS. Bastion met:
- rechte linkerflank;
- holgebogen, teruggetrokken rechterflank;
- op het terreplein een gemetseld vierkant kruithuis, uit 1772 voorzien van kruisgewelf; daaroverheen een hoog, met leien gedekt schilddak; voorts een te blinderen deur en twee kleine raamopeningen; voor de ingang een vierkant portaal met een met leien gedekt zadeldak en te blinderen deur (gebouw q);
- nabij de saillant een schuilplaats met munitiemagazijn (gebouw m);
- voorliggende gracht ter breedte van plm. 30.
Dit complexdeel wordt v.w.b. perceel nr 1515 begrensd door een lijn evenwijdig aan de westgrens van dat perceel op een afstand van 25 meter van die westgrens.

BASTION V WITH POWDER MAGAZINE. Bastion with:
- straight left flank;
- concave, recessed right flank;
- on the terreplein a masonry square powder magazine, from 1772 provided with a cross vault; above it a high hipped roof covered with slate; furthermore a door to be blindfolded and two small window openings; before the entrance a square portico with a gabled roof covered with slate and a door to be blindfolded (building q);
- near the salient a shelter with ammunition magazine (building m);
- foreground moat with a width of approximately 30.
This complex section is, with respect to plot no. 1515, bounded by a line parallel to the western boundary of that plot at a distance of 25 metres from that western boundary.
