Omschrijving
KETTINGBRUG. Holle brug, voorzien van ijzeren liggers en een houten dek, aan de zijkanten gedragen door ijzeren bouten die zijn gehaakt over vier kettingen, waarvan aan iedere zijde twee zijn gespannen over taps toelopende, halfrond beëindigde, bovenaan van twee omlopende geprofileerde lijstjes voorziene vierkante palen en op de oevers in de grond zijn verankerd. De liggers zijn aan de buitenzijde dicht bezet met geprofileerde ronde knoppen van twee afwisselende patronen (19e eeuw, oorspronkelijk met loshangend dek). Recentelijk hersteld.

Description
CHAIN BRIDGE. Hollow bridge, provided with iron beams and a wooden deck, supported at the sides by iron bolts that are hooked over four chains, of which two are tensioned on each side over tapering, half-round ended, square posts provided at the top with two continuous profiled mouldings and anchored in the ground on the banks. The beams are closely set on the outside with profiled round studs of two alternating patterns (19th century, originally with loose-hanging deck). Recently restored.
