Omschrijving
PLATTE BRUG. Brug bestaande uit bakstenen hoofden, ijzeren liggers, een houten dek en twee witgeschilderde houten leuningen, gevat tussen gepunte en afgeschuinde vierkante palen aan de uiteinden en bestaande uit twee door vijf gepunte stijlen verbonden regels boven elkaar, waarvan de onderste evenals de stijlen tussen de knooppunten van afschuiningen is voorzien (tweede helft negentiende eeuw). De brug is vanouds aan de zijde van het Kleine Stuk afgesloten door een houten hek; het tegenwoordige hek vertoont niet de oorspronkelijke vorm.

Description
FLAT BRIDGE. Bridge consisting of brick abutments, iron beams, a wooden deck and two white-painted wooden railings, set between pointed and bevelled square posts at the ends and consisting of two rails connected by five pointed uprights, of which the lower as well as the uprights between the nodes are provided with bevels (second half nineteenth century). The bridge has traditionally been closed off on the side of the Kleine Stuk by a wooden gate; the present gate does not show the original form.
