Huis met witgepleisterde klassicistische gevel uit omstreeks 1830, bekroond door een fronton met parellijsten en klossen. In de zijgevels nog de oorspronkelijke Empire boogramen met waaierzwikken. Zij-ingang met pilasters en kroonlijst, gevelsteen "De Fortuyn".

House with whitewashed classicist facade from around 1830, crowned by a pediment with pearl mouldings and blocks. In the side facades still the original Empire arched windows with fan spandrels. Side entrance with pilasters and cornice, facade stone "De Fortuyn".
