Omschrijving
Voormalig landgoed DE KANJEL, thans klooster. Het oudste gedeelte (1733) met gepleisterde voorgevel, waarvan de vensteromlijstingen van Naamse steen onderling verbonden zijn door verticale reliëfbanden; in het middenas van de gevel een ingangsomlijsting van Naamse steen en een fronton met reliëf; stoep met smeedijzeren hek; alles XVIII A. Aan de straat segmentboogvensters in Naamse steen, XVIII B. De vleugels van mergel en de twee torens aan de straatzijde, XIXd. Omgrachte Franse tuin met vijvers, die door de Kanjelbeek gevoed worden. Deze tuin ligt gedeeltelijk in de gemeente Amby. Twee bakstenen tuinhuisjes (1736) met hoekblokken van mergel en segmentboogvensters en -ingangen in Naamse steen. Inwendig régence-stucwerk.
