Als Tolgaardershuisje (Swaechsterwei op oude kaarten van ca. 1860 Nieuwe Tolweg) gebouwd woonhuis (19e eeuw), zonder verdieping onder met pannen gedekt schilddak en met een driezijdige afsluiting aan de straatzijde.
Het breed overkragende dak rust aan de straatzijde op een viertal gietijzeren kolommen; in elk der drie zijden van het afsluiting een 6-ruits spitsboogvenster. In de linker zijgevel 6-ruitsschuifvensters.

Description
Built as Tolgaardershuisje (Swaechsterwei on old maps from ca. 1860 Nieuwe Tolweg) dwelling house (19th century), without storey under tile-covered hipped roof and with a three-sided closure at the street side.
The broad overhanging roof rests on the street side on four cast-iron columns; in each of the three sides of the closure a 6-light pointed arch window. In the left side facade 6-light sash windows.
