Oud-Arsenaal. Langgerekt bakstenen gebouw, begin 19e eeuw, thans als stadswerkplaats in gebruik. Het gebouw heeft een verdieping en een met pannen gedekt schilddak. Getoogde deuren en vensters met luiken.
