In de stadsuitleg naar ontwerp van Th. Romein rond 1870 ontstaan, drie bouwlagen tellend blokvormig pand onder pannengedekt afgeknot schilddak; de beganegronds gepleisterde voorgevel heeft een, door een balkon op gesneden stuc-consoles overhuifde, centrale lichtgetoogde ingang; dito stuc-omlijste T-vensters; kroonlijst met geblokt fries en geprofileerde goot; omlijste dakkapel met wangen. Voor het huis eenvoudig smeedijzeren hek.

Description
Arising in the urban development according to Th. Romein around 1870, a three-storey block-shaped building under a tile-covered hipped roof; the plastered ground-floor front facade has a central round-arched entrance overshadowed by a balcony on carved stucco consoles; likewise stucco-framed T-windows; cornice with blocked frieze and moulded gutter; framed dormer with cheeks. In front of the house a simple wrought-iron gate.
