Rond 1870 ontstaan twee bouwlagen tellend uit baksteen opgetrokken blokvormig hoekpand, op hardstenen plint en onder pannen gedekt afgeknot schilddak; horizontale en verticale indeling der gevels door respectievelijk hardstenen waterlijsten en gepleisterde geblokte pilasters; rechtgesloten ingang en dito T-vensters met geprofileerde stuc-omlijsting met hoofdgestel of kuif; kroonlijst met verdiepte velden met goot op consoles.

Block-shaped corner building erected around 1870 of two storeys in brick, on hardstone plint and under pantiled cut-off hipped roof; horizontal and vertical division of the facades through respectively hardstone drip mouldings and plastered blocked pilasters; straight-edged entrance and corresponding T-windows with moulded stucco frame with main head or hood; cornice with recessed panels with gutter on consoles.
