Omschrijving
In de stadsuitleg naar ontwerp van Thomas Romein rond 1870 ontstaan twee bouwlagen uit baksteen opgetrokken blokvormig pand onder pannengedekt schilddak.
In de door geblokte en verdiepte stucpilasters afgezette symmetrisch ingedeelde gevel stucomlijste getoogde ingang in middenrisaliet, getoogde stuc-omlijste T-vensters en vensters met wisseldorpel; stuc-fries op de scheiding der bouwlagen; gekorniste kroonlijst en goot op consoles.
In de zijgevel slechts enkele lichtopeningen. Voor het huis eenvoudig gietijzeren hek.

Description
Arising in the urban development according to the design of Thomas Romein around 1870, a two-storey block-shaped building built of brick under a tile-covered hipped roof.
In the facade marked off by blocked and recessed stucco pilasters, a symmetrically arranged stucco-framed round-arched entrance in a central projection, round-arched stucco-framed T-windows and windows with alternating keystones; stucco frieze on the division of the storeys; moulded cornice and gutter on consoles.
In the side facade only few light openings. In front of the house a simple cast-iron gate.
