Omschrijving
In de stadsuitleg naar ontwerp van Thomas Romein rond 1870 ontstaan gepleisterd twee bouwlagen tellend blokvormig pand op hardstenen plint, onder met pannen belegd schilddak.
Symmetrisch ingedeelde en door hoekpilasters afgezette voorgevel met ingang in middenrisaliet; lichtgetoogde T-vensters en dito vensters met wisseldorpel met stuc-omlijsting; gekorniste kroonlijst met goot op consoles.
In de zijgevel slechts enkele licht-openingen; staafankers. Voor het huis smeedijzeren hek in eenvoudige vormen.

Description
Arising in the urban development according to the design of Thomas Romein around 1870, a plastered two-storey block-shaped building on a hard stone plinth, under a hipped roof laid with tiles.
Symmetrically arranged front facade marked off by corner pilasters with entrance in a central projection; round-arched T-windows and likewise windows with alternating keystones with stucco framing; moulded cornice with gutter on consoles.
In the side facade only few light openings; bar anchors. In front of the house a wrought-iron gate of simple forms.
