Omschrijving
Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt pand met verdieping en een met leien gedekt dakschild aan de straatzijde, dat doorloopt over het westelijk buurpand; risalerende ingangspartij onder insteekkap tegen trapgevel.
Gevel met hardstenen plint, natuurstenen banden, blokken, en decoratieve details, en afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles. Deur met bovenlicht en natuurstenen omlijsting afgesloten met fronton; in totaal vijf rechtgesloten schuiframen met 16-ruits bovenlichten in getoogde vensters; rondboogvenster in geveltop; dakkapel onder zadeldakje.

Description
Dating from circa 1897, built to designs by J.Dony, a building of fine brickwork erected with flat roof with storey and a slate-covered roof shield on the street side, which continues over the western neighbouring building; projecting entrance section under inset dormer against stepped gable.
Facade with stone plinth, natural stone bands, blocks, and decorative details, and finished with brick cornice with consoles. Door with fanlight and natural stone surround finished with pediment; in total five straight-sided sash windows with 16-pane fanlights in arched windows; round-arched window in gable top; roof dormer under saddle rooflet.
