Westelijke helft van een uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt pand met verdieping en met een met leien gedekt dakschild, dat doorloopt over het oostelijk en westelijk buurpand, aan de straatzijde; risalerende middenpartij onder insteekkap, voor tegen tuitgevel met trappen en pinakel, en achter tegen afgeknot, met leien gedekt tentdak.
Gevel met hardstenen plint en natuurstenen banden, blokken en decoratieve details, en terzijde van risaliet afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles.
Recent aangebracht winkelraam; in risaliet deur met halfrond bovenlicht en met natuurstenen omlijsting bekroond door fronton; op de verdieping een natuurstenen balcon op consoles, met uitbuikend smeedijzeren hek en met twee daarop uitkomende getoogde balcondeuren, een getoogd schuifvenster in risaliet; in geveltop rechtgesloten venster met daarboven getoogd boogveld met tegels; dakkapel onder zadeldak tegen gemetselde trapgevel.

Description
Western half of a building dating from ca. 1897, built to the design of J.Dony, constructed in fair-faced brickwork, flat-roofed with one storey and with a slate-covered roof shield that extends over the eastern and western neighbouring building, on the street side; projecting central section under recessed gable, with spout gable with steps and pinnacle in front, and with cut-back slate-covered ridge roof at the rear.
Facade with hard stone plinth and natural stone bands, blocks and decorative details, and closed off to the side of the risalite by a mortared cornice with consoles.
Recently installed shop window; door in risalite with semicircular fanlight and with natural stone frame crowned by pediment; on the upper storey a natural stone balcony on consoles, with projecting wrought-iron railings and with two arched balcony doors opening onto it, an arched sash window in risalite; rectangular window in gable top with arched field above with tiles; roof dormer under gabled roof against mortared stepped gable.
