Omschrijving
Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken hoekpand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt Mansardedak; risalerende zuidelijke helft van oostgevel bekroond door trapgevel met piroenen; boven de op de begane grond afgeschuinde hoek een polygonaal arkeltorentje onder met leien gedekt koepeltje met spits; risalerend westelijk deel van noordgevel onder insteekkap tegen trapgevel met piroenen.
Gevels met gedeeltelijk gebosseerde hardstenen plint, natuurstenen lijsten, blokken en decoratieve details, en afgesloten met rondboogfries.
Rechtgesloten kelderlichten met diefijzers in plint; rechtgesloten (T- en grote 6-ruits) ramen in getoogde vensters; dubbele neo-renaissance deur met rechtgesloten bovenlicht, waarin vier gekoppelde rondboograampjes. Dakkapellen onder met leien gedekte zadeldakjes met schild.

Description
Dating from circa 1897, built to designs by J.Dony, a corner building of fine brickwork with storey erected under slate-covered mansard roof; projecting southern half of east facade crowned by stepped gable with corner-stones; above the chamfered corner on the ground floor a polygonal small corner turret under a slate-covered cupola with spire; projecting western section of north facade under inset dormer against stepped gable with corner-stones.
Facades with partially rusticated stone plinth, natural stone mouldings, blocks and decorative details, and finished with round-arched frieze.
Straight-sided cellar lights with theft bars in plinth; straight-sided (T- and large 6-pane) windows in arched windows; double neo-Renaissance door with straight-sided fanlight, containing four coupled round-arched small windows. Roof dormers under slate-covered saddle rooflets with hipped ends.
