Omschrijving
Uit ca. 1897 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt pand met verdieping en een met leien gedekt dakschild aan de straatzijde; risalerend westelijk gedeelte onder insteekkap tegen verhoogde halsgevel met klauwstukken, piroenen en afgesloten met fronton.
Gevel met gedeeltelijk gebosseerde hardstenen plint, natuurstenen banden, blokken, deuromlijsting, balcon op verdieping en decoratieve details, en afgesloten met een gemetselde kroonlijst.
Rechtgesloten kelderlichten in plint; deur met halfrond bovenlicht en natuurstenen omlijsting bekroond door segmentvormig fronton; twee rondgesloten vensters op de begane grond; T-ramen en balcondeuren, waarboven getoogde ontlastingsbogen, op de verdieping en in de geveltop; dakkapel onder met leien gedekt zadeldakje met schilden.

Description
Dating from circa 1897, built to designs by J.Dony, a building of fine brickwork erected with flat roof with storey and a slate-covered roof shield on the street side; projecting western section under inset dormer against raised neck gable with claw pieces, corner-stones and finished with pediment.
Facade with partially rusticated stone plinth, natural stone bands, blocks, door surround, balcony on upper storey and decorative details, and finished with a brick cornice.
Straight-sided cellar lights in plinth; door with semicircular fanlight and natural stone surround crowned by segmented pediment; two round-closed windows on the ground floor; T-windows and balcony doors, above which arched relieving arches, on the upper storey and in the gable top; roof dormer under slate-covered saddle rooflet with hipped ends.
