Crack State, GEMEENTEHUIS. Op omgracht terrein gelegen indrukwekkend woonhuis, waarschijnlijk in 1606 gesticht door Hippolytus Crack als rechthoekig gebouw onder evenwijdige zadeldaken. In 1648/1649 van een voorbouw voorzien ter breedte van de oude diepte, met verhoogde middenpartij waarboven klokkekoepel. Inwendig fraai gedecoreerde zaal in Lod. XVI-stijl. Toegangsbrug 1775, hek met pijlers 1819 van elders naar hier overgebracht.

Description
Crack State, TOWN HALL. Impressive residential house situated on a moated property, probably founded in 1606 by Hippolytus Crack as a rectangular building under parallel gabled roofs. In 1648/1649 provided with a front extension the width of the original depth, with raised central section above which a bell cupola. Internally a finely decorated hall in Louis XVI style. Entrance bridge 1775, gate with piers 1819 brought from elsewhere to here.
