Omschrijving
In oorsprong 18e-eeuws WOONHUIS met verdieping onder pannen zadeldak tussen puntgevels, met aan de Vaartzijde een driezijdig uitgebouwde tuinkamers, met uitkragende kroonlijst met tandlijst en consoles, behorend tot het voormalige Vaartzicht.
Het woonhuis bevat voorts zesruitsschuifvensters beneden en vierruitsschuifvensters op de verdieping aan beide lange zijden en aan de korte zijden een uitgebouwde schoorsteen; de tuinkamer bevat beneden vierruitsschuifvensters en een platafgedekte bovenbouw met gepleisterde gevels met blokgroeven, voorts voorzien van zesruits Franse ramen en een kroonlijst.
Woonhuis met tuin van belang als pendant van het meer noordwaarts gelegen woonhuis met tuinkoepel, wellicht hetzelfde als genoemd in Hildebrands 'Camera Obscura'.

Description
Originally 18th-century DWELLING with storey under tiled gabled roof between pointed gables, with on the Canal side a three-sided extended garden room, with projecting cornice with dentil moulding and consoles, belonging to the former Vaartzicht.
The dwelling further contains six-light sash windows below and four-light sash windows on the upper storey on both long sides and on the short sides an extended chimney; the garden room contains below four-light sash windows and a flat-topped upper structure with plastered facades with block grooves, furthermore provided with six-light French windows and a cornice.
Dwelling with garden of importance as pendant to the more northerly situated dwelling with garden pavilion, possibly the same as mentioned in Hildebrand's 'Camera Obscura'.
