Omschrijving
DIENSTWONING bestaande uit één bouwlaag onder samengestelde kap met rode Hollandse pan. Het pand heeft een breedte van vier vensterassen. De voorzijde heeft aan de linkerzijde (west) twee uit het midden geplaatste trapgevels. Het pand is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met decoratie in zandsteen. Op de verdieping bevinden zich kruisvensters met meerruits ramen in de bovenlichten. In de kapverdieping bevinden zich tweelichtsvensters met meerruits ramen.
Waardering
De dienstwoning heeft cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische betekenis als historisch onderdeel van het voormalige weeshuiscomplex.

SERVANT'S HOUSE consisting of one storey under combined roof with red Dutch tiles. The building has a width of four window bays. The front has on the left side (west) two stepped gables placed off-centre. The building is executed in red brick with decoration in sandstone. On the upper storey are cross windows with multi-pane lights in the fanlights. In the roof storey are two-light windows with multi-pane lights.
Valuation
The servant's house has cultural-historical and architectural-historical significance as a historic component of the former orphanage complex.
