HUIS Ten Bosch.
Voor Amalia van Solms gebouwd door Pieter Post in 1645 en volgende jaren: in 1734-1737 verbouwd en uitgebreid door Daniel Marot.
Achter het statige exterieur gaat een weelderige binnendecoratie schuil: de Oranjezaal met schilderingen van Jacob Jordaens, Caesar van Everdingen, Jacob van Campen, Honthorst, De Grebber, Lievens e.a., de eetzaal naar ontwerp van Daniel Marot, de Chinese zaal (pl.m. 1735) en de Japanse zaal (pl.m. 1790).

Built for Amalia van Solms by Pieter Post in 1645 and following years: remodelled and extended in 1734-1737 by Daniel Marot.
Behind the stately exterior lies sumptuous interior decoration: the Oranjezaal with paintings by Jacob Jordaens, Caesar van Everdingen, Jacob van Campen, Honthorst, De Grebber, Lievens and others, the dining room designed by Daniel Marot, the Chinese room (c. 1735) and the Japanese room (c. 1790).
