Capuchin Convent Emmaus. Well-preserved convent, founded in 1645, consisting of three wings situated around a flat-roofed cloister, as evidenced by date anchors from 1718.

A chapel, of which the low, vaulted rear section belongs to the construction of 1718 and is closed off as a choir, and the nave is an enlargement from 1733, of which the front facade contains an older stone with, as a "safe-conduct", the coat of arms of Carolus Philippus of the Palatinate Neuburg, lord of Megen and Ravenstein, with the date 1663; above it a niche with surround and pediment of ashlar (apparently from 1663) in which a stone image of the Mother of God from around 1700.

In the gable apex a date stone; 1733. The nave is covered with stucco vaults from 1846; the high altar and the side altars, all three of wood, are dated to the second half of the seventeenth century (possibly also 1663); the high altar, with a rotating tabernacle, is crowned by a group of the Emmaus pilgrims, contains the coats of arms of the lord of Boxmeer, Frans Willem van Hohenzollern and his wife Maria Catharina van Waldburg-Zeil, and a painting on canvas: Holy Family, St. John and St. Elisabeth.

In the side altars paintings with St. Antonius and St. Franciscus. Wooden pulpit from the second half of the seventeenth century. In the chapel various eighteenth-century gravestones and heraldic boards.

(In the convent an interesting collection of antiquities, including seventeenth- and eighteenth-century wooden sculptures, two ashlar reliefs (third quarter of the sixteenth century): crucifixion and flagellation; two painted wings of different polyptychs of which one dated 1616; sixteenth- and seventeenth-century paintings in the parlour and refectory seventeenth-century furniture: oak chests, a cabinet).

In the convent garden a chapel from 1670; small building with narrow vaulted central space containing an altar, on either side a room for the friar who cared for plague victims.
