Omschrijving
FABRIEKSGEBOUW van de voormalige wollenstoffenfabriek A. v.d. Heuvel en Zn.; uit 1863 daterend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken pand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt Mansarde-dak.
De vijftien vensterassen lange gevels bevatten getoogde vensters met hardstenen vensterbanken en 15- en 20- ruits ijzeren ramen.
Aan de oostzijde van het gebouw bevindt zich een sluisje in de Kleine Dommel, die onder het gebouw doorstromend destijds de machines aandreef.

Description
FACTORY BUILDING of the former woollen fabric factory A. v.d. Heuvel and Son; dating from 1863, built in fine brickwork, building with storey covered with slate, mansard roof.
The facades fifteen window bays long contain arched windows with stone window sills and 15- and 20-pane iron windows.
On the east side of the building is a sluice in the Kleine Dommel, which flowing under the building formerly powered the machinery.
