Poortgebouw van de v.m. Johannitercommanderij St. Jansdal. Op het terrein van de "Stichting 's Heerenloo" een vroeg 16e eeuws, bakstenen poortgebouw, waarvan de doorgang is gedicht. Rijke behandeling met geprofileerde bogen, geflankeerd door pilasters en bekroond door een ingezwenkte top, waarin gekoppelde spitsbogen en een medaillon met verweerde kop. Overgangsvormen tussen late gotiek en vroege renaissance.

Description
Gateway building of the former Johanniter commandery St. Jansdal. On the grounds of the "Stichting 's Heerenloo", an early 16th century brick gateway building, the passage of which is closed. Rich treatment with profiled arches, flanked by pilasters and crowned by an indented top, containing coupled pointed arches and a medallion with weathered head. Transitional forms between late Gothic and early Renaissance.
