"De Martenboer". Forse in de noordwestelijke uitleg van Enschede gespaard gebleven boerderij. Het woongedeelte en de bovenkamer hebben een plint van Bentheimersteen en halve kruisvensters met roedenverdeling. Houten topgevels. Achtergevel in jaarankers gedateerd 1887. Schuurtje.

Description
"De Martenboer". Substantial farmhouse preserved in the northwestern expansion of Enschede. The residential part and upper storey have a Bentheimer stone plinth and half cross-windows with glazing bars. Wooden top gables. Rear gable dated 1887 in wall anchors. Small barn.
