HERVORMDE KERK en KERKTERREIN met GRAFMONUMENT VAN C.J. HELLINGWERFF. HERVORMDE KERK uit 1836, inventaris: preekstoel. Zerken uit 1602, 1621-'24, 1630 en 1691. Enig muurwerk van de voormalige Abdij ten zuiden van de Hervormde Kerk. Eenklaviers orgel, in 1762 gemaakt door J.P. Hilgers. Kas met op de geprofileerde bekroning gesneden rococo-ornament en beelden. Klokkenstoel met klok van François Hemony, 1661, diam. 50 cm. Mechanisch torenuurwerk, voorzien van elektrische opwinding. Het omringende KERKTERREIN, dat nagenoeg vierkant van vorm is, ligt grotendeels hoger dan de omgeving. Het terrein ligt aan de noordzijde iets terug van de Egmonder Vaart. Aan de oostzijde vormt de perceelsgrens de begrenzing, aan de zuidzijde grenst het terrein aan de huidige abdijtuin, en aan de westzijde aan de Kloosterweg. Het GRAFMONUMENT VAN C.J. REFORMED CHURCH and CHURCH GROUNDS with MONUMENT OF C.J. HELLINGWERFF. REFORMED CHURCH from 1836, inventory: pulpit. Gravestones from 1602, 1621-'24, 1630 and 1691. Some masonry of the former Abbey south of the Reformed Church. Single-manual organ, made in 1762 by J.P. Hilgers. Sanctuary with rococo ornament carved on the profiled coping and sculptures. Bell frame with bell by François Hemony, 1661, diameter 50 cm. Mechanical tower clock, provided with electric winding. The surrounding CHURCH GROUNDS, which is nearly square in form, lies largely higher than the surroundings. The grounds lie slightly back from the Egmonder Vaart on the north side. On the east side the plot boundary forms the demarcation, on the south side the grounds border the present abbey garden, and on the west side the Kloosterweg. The MONUMENT OF C.J. HELLINGWERFF is located on the northeastern part of the church grounds. The monument consists of a burial vault covered by a natural stone gravestone. The whole is enclosed by cast-iron railing.
