Omschrijving
Kasteelachtig WOONHUIS op ongeveer vierkante plattegrond opgetrokken in neo-renaissance stijl, geinspireerd op de Loire-renaissance. Eerste steen blijkens opschrift gelegd 22 oktober 1891 door A.A. van Rechteren Limpurg (geb. 3-9-1888).
Materiaal rode geglazuurde baksteen met talrijke zandstenen sierdelen. Voor- en achtergevel met rijk versierde midden- en zijrisalieten. Op het dak een koepeltoren met gesloten lantaarn.
Inwendig curieuze hal met marmeren zuilen en trappenhuis met stucwerk.
Van de oorspronkelijke parkaanleg rond het huis is nog slechts het rosarium over.
Gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.

Description
Castle-like DWELLING HOUSE erected on approximately square floor plan in neo-renaissance style, inspired by Loire Renaissance. First stone laid according to inscription on 22 October 1891 by A.A. van Rechteren Limpurg (born 3-9-1888).
Material red glazed brick with numerous sandstone decorative parts. Front and rear facade with richly decorated central and side risalites. On the roof a cupola tower with closed lantern.
Interior curious hall with marble columns and staircase with stucco work.
Of the original park layout around the house only the rosarium remains.
Building of general importance for its antiquarian and art-historical value.
