Omschrijving
Groot Arsenaal. Aan de Gasthuisvelden, op het terrein van de Seeligkazerne, het voormalig Groot Arsenaal, gebouwd in 1771. Een rechthoekig gebouw met zadeldak tussen topgevels aan de korte zijden. In de korte wanden een hardstenen rondboogpoort en in de lange westelijke wand een poort met dorische pilasters en fronton, waarin een door leeuwen gehouden schild en waarop wapentrofeeen. Het inwendige wordt beneden in twee beuken gedeeld door een rij rondbogen op rechthoekige pijlers.

Description
Great Arsenal. At the Gasthuisvelden, on the site of the Seeligkazerne, the former Great Arsenal, built in 1771. A rectangular building with gabled roof between stepped gables on the short sides. In the short walls a hard-stone round-arched door and in the long western wall a door with Doric pilasters and pediment, in which a shield held by lions and upon which trophy arms. The interior is divided below into two aisles by a row of round arches on rectangular piers.
