Inleiding
Voormalige KOSTERIJ, nu woning, liggend aan de zuidkant van de voormalige schuilkerk "St. Joseph", op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Na 1950 werd in de onderpui van de kosterij een onderdoorgang gemaakt naar het achterliggende terrein.
Omschrijving
De tweelaagse kosterij heeft een zadeldak met de nok parallel aan de straat. Het dak is gedekt met Oudhollandse pannen. Het opgaande werk bestaat uit handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband. De gepleisterde voorgevel heeft een plint, cordonlijst, kroonlijst en fries.
De voorgevel bevat op de begane grond twee muuropeningen met ellipsboog. In de linker, die de toegang vormt tot de kerk een dubbele paneelvoordeur met houtsnij- en lijstwerk gelijk aan de deuren van de kerk. Op de verdieping twee zesruits schuifvensters.
In de hal van de kosterij een ingemetselde gedenksteen, gedateerd 1 mei 1891, met het volgende opschrift: "Zie tweetal eeuwen knielden hier voor Neer uw heilig ALTAAR Heer! Wel stond ik droef als Jesus ging; Weer prijk ik blij St. Josephkring! Het bestuur: de weleerwaarde heer kapelaan".

Description
The two-storey sexton's lodge has a gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the street. The roof is covered with Oudhollandse tiles. The masonry consists of hand-formed brick laid in English bond. The rendered front facade has a plinth, string course, cornice and frieze.
The front facade contains on the ground floor two wall openings with elliptical arch. In the left one, which forms the access to the church, a double panel door with woodcarving and mouldings identical to the doors of the church. On the upper storey two six-pane sash windows.
In the hall of the sexton's lodge a built-in memorial stone, dated 1 May 1891, with the following inscription: "See two centuries knelt here before Behold your holy ALTAR Lord! Sadly I stood when Jesus went; Again I shine joyfully St. Joseph circle! The board: the venerable mister chaplain".
