Omschrijving
IJsfabriek "De Noordpool". Pand zonder verdieping met laat 19e eeuwse neorenaissance voorgevel en waarschijnlijk oudere kern, onder zadeldak gedekt met pannen (ten dele vervangen door golfplaten). De voorgevel, een tuitgevel eindigend in drie trappen met pinakel, is opgetrokken in rode baksteen met sierelementen in gele baksteen en met hardstenen plint en afdeklijsten; in het midden een brede rondboog deur met aan weerszijden een smal rondboog venster en erboven een rond venster met roedenverdeling.

Description
Ice factory "De Noordpool". Single-storey building with late 19th century neoreaissance front facade and probably older core, topped with tiled gabled roof (partly replaced by corrugated sheets). The front facade, a spout gavel ending in three flights with pinnacle, is built of red brick with decorative elements in yellow brick and with stone plinth and coping strips; in the centre a broad arched door with on either side a narrow arched window and above it a round window with glazing bars.
