The Department's description
Exterior description and setting
A single segmental arch carries a one-and-a-half lane road over a stream. The bridge is of squared sandstone rubble, roughly faced and brought to courses. The voussoirs and parapet copings are of finely dressed stone. A small pipe is carried across the upstream (west) face.
Historical information
Shown on the 1834 OS 6” map. Dressed stonework indicates an early/mid 19th century construction date.
