Evaluation
This is a late 19th century building of modest exterior appearance to the street front block which has had its entire interior rebuilt resulting in the complete loss of all original interior elements, and its rear return rebuilt with the loss of original character. The front façade is a recent replica of the original and is not historic. The combined impact of the recent alterations has removed the special interest of this building.
