The Department's description

One and a half storey, multi-bay house with pitched artificial slate roof, half-round metal gutters, painted dashed walls and 6/6 sliding sash windows. Off-centre eaves dormer to road elevation (NE) with two semicircular-headed windows. Single-storey rear return.
