The National Monuments Service's description

The bullaun stone from Boolnadrum graveyard (WX010-013002-) is now kept at Ballyboy (WX010-030----), c. 4.5 km to the W. This is an oval granite stone (dims 0.67m x 0.44m; H 0.33m) with a single basin (dims 0.36m x 0.24m; D 0.12m) A hole (dims 4cm x 2cm; D 2cm) has been bored in the outer face of the stone but it does not penetrate to the basin.
