The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on rushy grassland with restricted views of the surrounding countryside. A sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 36m NW-SE) enclosed by a low earthen bank and a shallow external fosse. The bank and fosse have been levelled in the E quadrant. The interior rises towards the centre. A field fence intersects the perimeter of the monument at SW.
