The National Monuments Service's description
Towards the edge of a gentle W-facing slope with a very gradual decline, beyond which is a steeper decline, in undulating terrain, under tillage. Power (1907, 292) cites this as the location of an early church (TS082-031----). According to local information there is a children's burial ground in this area, between the road and the railway line. There is no visible trace of it above ground.
