The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, sited on an elevation with excellent views over rolling grassland and to SE over an expanse of rough wet ground.
This monument is not on 1838 OS 6-inch map; it is depicted as a small hachured circle on the 1917 edition.
Circular area (diam. 7m -mid bank) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.5-3m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.7m) with an external fosse (Wth 1.4m). The inner face of the bank has a shallow, gradual slope which is not clearly defined. The fosse is evident as a shallow depression with a deeper section at E which may be the result of relatively recent disturbance.
There are several animal burrows in the bank, and gorse and brambles cover much of the barrow.
An embanked barrow (MA092-063001-) is located 15m to NW.
