The National Monuments Service's description
Encompassing a small oval hillock surrounded by wet, boggy ground.
The graveyard (c. 60m E−W; c. 49m N−S) is enclosed by a mortared stone wall, which encircles the base of the hillock (H 2-2.5m). The entrance is at E, with an avenue flanked by stone walls extending E to a minor road. There is a church (MA071-077001-) on the hill summit, in the E half of the graveyard.
Graves cover the rounded summit of the hill and are terraced into the hill slopes, and are also found in a narrow strip of level ground between the base of the hill and the enclosing graveyard wall. The gravemarkers consist predominantly of horizontal rectangular slabs resting on a foundation of low drystone walling, but headstones also occur. They date to the mid-late 19th-century and the early 20th-century. Many of the graves are in a somewhat dilapidated condition, with graveslabs displaced or askew. The majority are partly concealed by sod or moss, with low walls which define the grave plots barely protruding above ground surface. There is a motte (MA071-076----) 40m to N.
