The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, located on a low N–S ridge, close to the break of slope on the E side, with extensive views over gently undulating grassland. This monument is depicted on the 1838 and 1930 OS 6-inch maps as a circular enclosure. It has been levelled. A slight circular undulation (diam. c. 18-20m) can still be discerned.
