The National Monuments Service's description
On S-facing slope, in young coniferous forestry, with good views from NE-S-W. Depicted on the revised OS 25-inch map as an oval-shaped enclosure (31m N-S; 30m E-W) bisected by a field boundary running N-S, within the angle of a townland boundary. Monument surveyed by the ASI in 1999 and described as densely overgrown and largely inaccessible. A curvilinear arc of bank (overall Wth 4.3m; int. H 0.4; ext. H 0.4m) at SE was the only visible part of the monument which was described as being very disturbed. Visible as a tree planted monument on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018.
