The National Monuments Service's description
A togher (L 1.9m min.; Wth 1.2m; D 0.1-0.15m), noted in 1989, consisted of closely spaced longitudinal roundwood and brushwood. Pegs were set at irregular intervals along both sides of it. The orientation was ENE-WSW. Radiocarbon dated to 3368-3097 BC (4540±40 BP, GrN-18375). (Raftery 1990, 11; 1996, Corlea 10, 91)
