The National Monuments Service's description

Near the top of a long, gentle N-facing slope and overlooked by two large ring-barrows (KD022-042---- and KD022-043----) c. 40m to the S and E. A second ditch barrow (KD022-081---- ) lies only 2.8m to the NE and a third (KD022-083----) lies c. 100m to the WSW; there is a fourth (KD022-085---- ) c. 140m to the WNW and a fifth (KD022-086----) lies c. 150m to the NW. Visible on aerial photograph (DoD, 1999). A poorly preserved, very slightly raised, oval area (diams. c. 3m NE-SW; c. 7m NW-SE) is defined by a shallow fosse (Wth 2-2.5m; D 0.2m). Cultivation ridges, running N-S, abut the W limits of the monument and may be responsible for the creation of what looks like a low, outer bank (Wth. 2m; H 0.1m) SW-W-NW.
