The National Monuments Service's description

In rough hill pasture, on the S side of a sheltered W-facing hollow to the W of the summit of Miskish Mountain. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2.3m) defined by a partially grass-covered stone wall (T 0.5m; H 0.2m). The interior has been raised (H 0.5m) at the NW and cut (D 0.2m) into the upslope at the SE to compensate for the slope. Another hut site (CO114-074002-) adjoins this hut site at the E.

The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
