Cette cave, bâtie par l'architecte Henri Floutier, en 1937, est la première cave offrant un style d'inspiration régionaliste (néo-provençal), contrastant ainsi avec les architectures de type halle en vigueur précédemment. Une première extension est réalisée dès 1939 et d'autres agrandissements ne cesseront d'intervenir jusqu'en 2005. History
This wine cellar, built by the architect Henri Floutier in 1937, is the first cellar offering a style of regional inspiration (neo-Provençal), thus contrasting with the hall-type architectures that were previously in use. A first extension was carried out as early as 1939 and further enlargements continued to be made until 2005. The construction is designed in Tavel stone and tiles with a Genoese eave, materials that were reused in the extensions of 1963 and 1986, thus allowing the whole to retain its unity.
