La maison actuelle fut aménagée à l'emplacement de deux maisons, transformées en une seule au cours du 18e siècle. Elle est typique d'Alençon avec un corps central sur trois niveaux flanqué de deux ailes plus basses. La façade sur rue s'orne d'un décor (corniche soulignée par un bandeau à ressauts, gardes-corps en fer forgé, porte ouvragée de palmettes et coquilles). L'intérieur a conservé une partie de son décor d'origine. La salle à manger du rez-de-chaussée s'orne de lambris dont un des côtés semble avoir été refait vers 1820, avec un décor de renommées et d'amours ailés reliés par une guirlande de fruits. La petite salle à manger conserve également des lambris du 18e. Les autres pièces ont été remaniées mais conservent leurs portes d'époque.

History
The current house was arranged on the site of two houses, transformed into one during the 18th century. It is typical of Alençon with a central block on three levels flanked by two lower wings. The street facade is adorned with decoration (cornice underlined by a stepped band, wrought iron railings, ornate door with palmettes and shells). The interior has retained part of its original decoration. The ground floor dining room is ornamented with panelling, one side of which appears to have been redone around 1820, with decoration of Renowns and winged Amorini connected by a garland of fruits. The small dining room also preserves 18th-century panelling. The other rooms have been altered but retain their period doors.
