Dernier vestige d'une habitation-sucrerie, le moulin à canne, bâti en moellon enduit, restauré en 1995, est en état de fonctionnement. Exceptionnellement, le moulin, à trois rolles horizontaux en fonte, de type Nillus au Havre, est situé à l'extérieur de la tour.
