Historique

History
Building from the late 12th century, modified over the ages. The plan has retained its unity. It comprises a nave of three bays, a transept with lateral chapels and absidioles on one of which the bell tower is raised, a choir and an apsidal sanctuary. The reduction in height of the nave and the left arm of the transept dates from the period when the barrel vaults were demolished, as well as a dome. Three buttresses were added in the 15th century. The portal comprises four moulded pointed arch voussures, springing from each side onto as many small columns with foliage capitals. The abacuses are also covered with sculptured ornaments. The modern porch is partly supported by ancient corbels. The bell tower is complete. It possesses a Romanesque storey with arcatures springing alternately onto small columns and pilasters. The upper storey appears to be later.
